Dr. Zara Got Rid of the Pain
I have had back issues for years, which resulted in a lot of hip pain. An MRI showed bulging discs along with spinal stenosis. I have seen many doctors, physiotherapists, and chiropractors. They all worked on my hip, and never did relieve the pain. It was finally Dr. Zara who told me we need to deal with my back issues. She was very honest at our first meeting and told me she may not be able to help me, and that is important to keep our communication open.
After a couple of treatments, I couldn’t believe the relief I received. And she set me up with an exercise specialist to help me improve my posture, and get more relief on my spine. I finally found something that works. I did a lot of research to find her. I know it is something I will have to manage for the rest of my life, but I should be able to do all the activities I enjoy doing with Dr. Zara’s help.

ART Gave Me Pain Relief
Two years ago I was suffering from the pain and numbness of carpal tunnel. After being told that surgery would be at least a year away I looked for alternative methods of relieving it. A friend told me about Active Release Therapy (ART). Dr. Kara explained what ART was and how it could help me, she didn’t make any promises that she could cure me however she ensured me she could get me some relief.
I appreciated hearing the truth and not being given false promises. I had been to several chiropractors before that knew of my issues however never advised me there was a treatment that could help. Within a few treatments I was already feeling the benefits from the A.R.T. Dr. Kara was giving me. Even though my carpal tunnel was too far advanced, I definitely received benefit from the ART and felt at least 80% relief by the time I received surgery. Dr. Kara and her team are trustworthy and professional offering not only chiropractic health but overall body health and information on how to maintain it.

Highly Recommend for Pain Management
My two children and I have been seeing Dr. Kara for almost two years. What I am most thankful for is the time and attention Dr. Kara takes in her assessments of injury, and methods of treatments. My daughter is a competitive gymnast and her injuries are plentiful, Dr. Kara is always our first choice for assessment and treatment for pain management.

Friendly and Passionate About Health
As a person with back pain, I wanted to ensure that I was seeing a chiropractor regularly. I began seeing Dr. Kara as I had heard great things about the clinic.
